WebTLDR: Just did a bit of testing and found that corps with supply due to the length of the supply line. You have to route it through an army. So what I think I have found is supply originates from D.C. after that it goes to the next unit in that units command chain. if that unit happens to be a corp sized that is trying to push into Missouri it is screwed. http://www.grandtactician.com/thecivilwar/index.html
