WebPull the bottom 6-7 eyelets snug but not TIGHT. You don't want slack in the laces but you don't want to cut off circulation either. When the eyelets curve up towards your ankle crank those 2-3 eyelets down pretty dang tight to get your heel locked in. The 2nd to top eyelet, get that as tight as you can bear.
